Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the breakroom and restrooms.
• Sweep and damp mop all floors daily.
• Clean spills promptly during shifts.
• Empty all trash bins inside and outside the store.
• Schedule and perform cleaning of dairy shelves and glass doors.
• Sweep parking lot with designated equipment.
• Perform minor repairs on equipment and fixtures.
• Shovel and salt sidewalks as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, fire prevention, and security standards.
• Maintain productivity levels according to standards.
• Treat co-workers with fairness, dignity, and respect.
• Communicate effectively with management and staff.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Report repairs or maintenance needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Physical Requirements

• Stand/walk continuously.
• Frequent reaching, lifting, bending, kneeling, and squatting.
• Handle cleaning materials/substances safely.
• Lift up to 40 lbs. approximately 50% of the time.
• Push/pull up to 40 lbs. regularly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Maintain cleanliness of store and property.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment used.
• Meet physical requirements with or without accommodations.

Salary: $15.50 - $20.15 per hour
