Description

As a Sales/Cashier, your primary responsibilities include helping customers with payment and packaging, and being the first store staff that customers encounter. It’s important to be knowledgeable about the store's merchandise and cheerful when interacting with customers to create a warm and welcoming environment, enhancing the overall in-store customer experience.

Abilities

• Greet customers entering or leaving the store.
• Ring on registers accurately and efficiently, maintaining all cash and media at the registers.
• Maintain an orderly appearance of the cash wrap.
• Receive payments via cash, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.
• Promote the MStyle Loyalty Program and encourage sign-ups.
• Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change to customers.
• Count cash in drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure accuracy and sufficient change.
• Assist with floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping as requested.
• Help process and replenish merchandise.
• Participate in cycle counts.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms as needed.
• Answer customer questions and escalate to management if necessary.
• Clean shelves, counters, fixtures, and restock as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications include basic PC knowledge, familiarity with electronic equipment like scanners and cash registers, customer satisfaction orientation, basic math skills, dependability in attendance and drawer management, a positive attitude, and flexibility with scheduling.
