About the Role:

We are looking for exceptional talent to represent our ThirdLove boutique in Chicago (near Wrigley Field). We seek dynamic Part-Time Sales Associates passionate about delivering outstanding in-store experiences, driving customer satisfaction, and fostering brand connections.

The ideal candidate builds positive, lasting customer interactions and brand loyalty. They thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing multiple priorities and always prioritizing the customer. Responsibilities include supporting sales initiatives, enhancing team and customer engagement, maintaining visual and operational standards, and contributing to overall store success. This role may involve opening, closing, and keyholder duties.

As part of the Leap platform, this individual will support other brands through new store openings, activations, and coverage needs. Familiarity with retail technologies like Shopify, Endear, Slack, and Google Workspace is a plus.

Position Qualifications:

• Minimum Age: 18+ years old
• Experience: Retail, luxury retail, or high-touch client-facing roles, demonstrating expertise in premium customer service and brand representation
• Availability: Flexible to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, use ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds

Hourly Pay Range: $16–$18, based on experience and qualifications.
