About the Role:

We are seeking dynamic Part-Time Sales Associates to represent our Oceanus pop-up powered by the Leap Platform, opening in Melrose from June through September 2025. The role involves delivering outstanding in-store experiences, driving customer satisfaction, and fostering brand connections.

The ideal candidate creates positive customer interactions, builds brand loyalty, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include supporting sales initiatives, engaging with customers, maintaining visual and operational standards, and possibly opening/closing the store, with potential keyholder duties.

Support for other brands within the Leap portfolio through store openings and activations is also part of the role. Familiarity with retail technologies like Shopify, Endear, Slack, and Google Workspace is advantageous.

Position Qualifications:

• Minimum Age: 18+
• Experience: Retail, luxury retail, or high-touch client-facing roles, demonstrating premium customer service and brand representation skills.
• Availability: Flexible, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, use ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds to meet business demands.

Compensation:

$19/hr to $22/hr, based on experience and qualifications.
