About the Role:

We are seeking talented Part-Time Sales Associates for our Oceanus pop-up, powered by the Leap Platform, opening in Melrose from June to September 2025. The role involves delivering exceptional in-store experiences, driving customer satisfaction, and fostering brand loyalty.

The ideal candidate creates positive customer interactions, thrives in a fast-paced environment, supports sales initiatives, maintains visual standards, and may handle opening, closing, and keyholder duties.

Support for other brands through store openings and activations is also part of the role. Familiarity with retail technologies like Shopify, Endear, Slack, and Google Workspace is advantageous.

Position Qualifications:

• Minimum age of 18 years
• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or high-touch client roles
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand, walk, use ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds

Compensation:

Hourly pay ranges from $19 to $22, based on experience and skills.
