Job summary

Baseball Lifestyle 101 is seeking a friendly sales associate to provide outstanding customer service, help customers locate products, and process transactions efficiently. You will maintain a tidy sales floor and use product knowledge to encourage sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes strong communication, POS familiarity, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting at our Kansas City location.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.

BL101 began as an Instagram account started by a baseball obsessed teenager on his couch that started a community and has grown into something bigger than he ever could’ve imagined.

Today, Baseball Lifestyle has over 200 employees, retail locations in malls and tournament complexes, and can be found in various sporting goods stores around the country, like Dick’s Sporting Goods, Scheels, and Academy. The community built at BL101 has grown with the company’s success and the mission to grow the love of baseball stands true every day.

PAY RANGE : $16 an hour

As a sales associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by assisting customers with finding products, processing transactions efficiently, and maintaining a tidy sales floor. You'll utilize your product knowledge to enhance the shopping experience, promote sales, and ensure customer satisfaction.
