Job summary

Baseball Lifestyle 101 is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service at our Schaumburg location. You will assist customers with product selection, process transactions efficiently, and keep the sales floor tidy.

Utilize product knowledge to promote sales, inform customers about promotions, and ensure satisfaction. This role requires strong communication and ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting.

As a sales associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by assisting customers with finding products, processing transactions efficiently, and maintaining a tidy sales floor. You'll utilize your product knowledge to enhance the shopping experience, promote sales, and ensure customer satisfaction.
