Duties and Responsibilities

1. Follow all company policies and procedures.
2. Clean the Service Desk/Kiosk.
3. Maintain a neat, well-groomed appearance per company policy.
4. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
5. Work within management planning guidelines to ensure productivity.
6. Support safety standards; report equipment issues and maintain a hazard-free work area.
7. Treat all colleagues with fairness, dignity, and respect.
8. Perform price checks accurately and record discrepancies.
9. Manage store supplies and control usage.
10. Verify customer IDs and adhere to policies on checks, tobacco, and alcohol sales.
11. Maintain register security and comply with cash handling policies.
12. Process various transactions in accordance with company policies and legal regulations.
13. Secure the register when unattended and report malfunctions.
14. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
15. Recognize and differentiate produce merchandise.
16. Perform cashier and service associate duties as needed.
17. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Prerequisite Training

Completed Cashier/Service Associate training packet.

Physical Requirements

• Stand continuously; occasional walking.
• Handle currency and operate equipment such as cash registers, scanners, and computers.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds; pushing/pulling up to 75 pounds.
• Reaching, grasping, and visual acuity for ID and document checks.

Preferred Requirements

• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Accurately scan purchases and handle payments.
• Process refunds and adhere to anti-money laundering guidelines.
• Meet physical requirements with or without accommodations.

Salary range: $15.50 - $22.30 hourly.
