Duties and Responsibilities

1. Follow all company policies and procedures.
2. Clean the Service Desk/Kiosk area.
3. Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
4. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
5. Support productivity within management planning guidelines.
6. Adhere to safety standards, report equipment issues, and keep work areas hazard-free.
7. Treat all colleagues with fairness, dignity, and respect.
8. Perform accurate price checks and record discrepancies.
9. Manage store supplies responsibly.
10. Verify customer IDs and comply with policies on checks, tobacco, and alcohol sales.
11. Handle various transaction types accurately and securely.
12. Ensure register security and report malfunctions.
13. Maintain store cleanliness and sanitation standards.
14. Recognize and differentiate produce merchandise.
15. Perform cashier and service associate duties as needed.
16. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Prerequisite Training

Completion of Cashier/Service Associate training packet.

Physical Requirements

• Stand continuously; occasional walking.
• Handle currency and operate equipment.
• Lift up to 50 pounds; push/pull up to 75 pounds.
• Reach and grasp at various levels.
• Visual acuity to check IDs and documents.

Preferred Requirements

• Greet customers and provide prompt service.
• Record transactions accurately.

Salary range: $15.50 - $22.30 per hour.
