Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Follow all company policies and procedures.
2. Maintain cleanliness of Service Desk/Kiosk.
3. Present a neat, well-groomed appearance and adhere to personal appearance policies.
4. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
5. Operate within management planning guidelines to ensure productivity.
6. Support safety standards, report equipment issues, and keep work areas hazard-free.
7. Treat all associates with fairness, dignity, and respect.
8. Perform price check functions accurately.
9. Manage supplies efficiently.
10. Record discrepancies and request price checks as needed.
11. Verify customer IDs and adhere to policies regarding checks, tobacco, and alcohol sales.
12. Manage cash registers responsibly, including cash pickups.
13. Observe security standards and report any suspicious behavior.
14. Process various transactions in compliance with policies and legal requirements.
15. Secure registers and protect company assets at all times.
16. Maintain equipment and report malfunctions.
17. Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met.
18. Be knowledgeable about produce merchandise, including varieties.
19. Perform cashier and service associate duties as needed.
20. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Prerequisite Training:

Completed Cashier/Service Associate training packet.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand continuously; occasional walking.
• Handle currency and operate equipment frequently.
• Bend and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Push or pull up to 75 pounds occasionally.
• Reach and grasp at various levels.
• Sufficient visual acuity for ID and document checks.

Preferred Requirements:

• Greet customers and provide prompt service.
• Record purchases efficiently and accurately.
• Handle payments and provide refunds per policy.
• Meet physical requirements with or without accommodations.
• Follow Anti-Money Laundering guidelines for certain transactions.

Salary Range:

$15.50 - $22.30 per hour
