Duties and Responsibilities

1. Observe and follow all company policies and procedures.
2. Maintain cleanliness at the Service Desk/Kiosk.
3. Present a neat, well-groomed appearance and follow personal appearance policies.
4. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
5. Work within management guidelines to ensure productivity.
6. Support safety standards, report equipment issues, and keep the work area safe and clean.
7. Treat all colleagues with fairness, dignity, and respect.
8. Perform accurate price checks and handle discrepancies.
9. Manage store supplies responsibly.
10. Verify customer IDs and adhere to policies on checks, tobacco, and alcohol sales.
11. Manage cash register operations securely and accurately.
12. Maintain security and report suspicious behavior.
13. Process various transactions in compliance with policies and legal requirements.
14. Secure the register when unattended and maintain equipment properly.
15. Ensure store sanitation standards are met.
16. Recognize and differentiate produce items.
17. Perform cashier and service associate duties as needed.
18. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Prerequisite Training

• Completion of Cashier/Service Associate training packet.

Physical Requirements

• Push or pull up to 75 pounds occasionally.
• Perform reaching and grasping tasks at various heights.
• Meet activity standards and have adequate visual acuity.

Salary range: $15.00 - $19.65 hourly.
