About the Role

As a Lovesac Sales Associate, you will create a welcoming and engaging in-store experience, helping customers design products that fit their style and space. If you are passionate about sustainability, love building relationships, and are dedicated to making every customer experience extraordinary, join our Retail Team!

What You’ll Do

  • Engage with customers using Lovesac selling techniques.
  • Achieve personal sales goals and KPIs.
  • Provide attentive service to build customer loyalty.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge, assist, and educate customers.
  • Guide customers from interest to purchase, managing quotes, closing sales, and maintaining relationships.
  • Conduct customer outreach using company tools.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Maintain an attractive store environment following visual standards.
  • Oversee store operations including opening/closing, inventory, exchanges, and promotions.
  • Use sales data and reports to support daily tasks.
  • Follow company policies to ensure safety and standards.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • 18+ years old
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year retail or customer service experience
  • Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays
  • Ability to utilize technology for sales and customer support
  • Support omni-channel customer experience in-store and remotely
  • Ability to travel to stores, vendors, and meetings as needed
  • Excellent judgment, integrity, and communication skills
  • Ability to move objects up to 75 pounds and perform physical activities

Associates are eligible for up to 26 hours of paid time off per year and overtime pay for hours over 40 per week or on holidays. Benefits are outlined in company policies. Pay varies based on location, experience, and skills.
