About the Role:

As a Lovesac Sales Associate, you will create a welcoming and engaging in-store experience, helping customers design products that fit their style and space. What You’ll Do:

  • Engage with customers using our Lovesac selling techniques.
  • Achieve personal sales goals and KPIs.
  • Provide attentive service and build customer loyalty.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge, assist, and educate customers.
  • Guide customers from interest to purchase, managing quotes, closing sales, and maintaining relationships.
  • Conduct customer outreach using company tools and communication methods.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues promptly for a positive shopping experience.
  • Maintain a welcoming, visually appealing store following merchandising standards.
  • Oversee store operations including opening/closing, inventory, exchanges, marketing, and promotions, ensuring standards are met.
  • Use company tools, sales data, and reports to prioritize tasks and support operations.
  • Follow policies and procedures to ensure standards, minimize risks, and maintain safety.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • 18 years or older
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year in retail or customer service
  • Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays
  • Effective use of technology for sales and support, including CRM systems
  • Support omni-channel customer experience, assisting in-store, remote, and third-party locations
  • Ability to travel locally as required
  • Excellent judgment, integrity, trustworthiness, and communication skills
  • Ability to move objects up to 75 pounds and perform physical activities like bending, reaching, and climbing

Associates eligible for up to 26 hours of paid time off annually. Overtime and holiday pay at 1.5x rate. Benefits outlined per policies. Pay varies by location, experience, and skills.
