About the Role:

As a Lovesac Sales Associate, you will create a welcoming in-store experience, help customers design products to fit their style and space, and promote products designed to evolve with them. If you are passionate about sustainability, building relationships, and delivering extraordinary customer experiences, join our Retail Team!

What You’ll Do:
  1. Engage with customers using Lovesac selling techniques.
  2. Achieve sales goals and KPIs.
  3. Provide attentive service and build customer loyalty.
  4. Demonstrate product knowledge and assist customers effectively.
  5. Guide customers from interest to purchase, managing quotes, closing sales, and maintaining relationships.
  6. Conduct customer outreach using provided tools.
  7. Identify and resolve customer issues promptly.
  8. Maintain a welcoming, visually appealing store following visual standards.
  9. Oversee store operations, including opening/closing, inventory, exchanges, marketing, and promotions, ensuring standards are met.
  10. Utilize company tools and reports to support daily operations.
  11. Follow policies to ensure safety, standards, and risk minimization.
  12. Meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs.
  13. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • 18 years or older
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays
  • Proficiency with technology for sales, demos, and CRM systems
  • Ability to support omni-channel customer experience in-store and remotely
  • Willingness to travel locally as needed
  • Good judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in handling transactions and data
  • Ability to move objects up to 75 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and climbing
