The Siminoff Research Group for Informed Healthcare Decision Making and Effective Communication in the College of Public Health is seeking a part-time research assistant (RA). The RA will assist the principal investigator with research tasks and support projects, including a study on organ donation among Black Americans. Responsibilities include participant recruitment, organizing, transcribing, and managing interview and survey data. Experience in wet labs is NOT relevant. The position may offer a hybrid work format, requiring 15-20 hours per week.
Additional duties may be assigned.

Minimum bachelor’s degree in public health, social sciences, or health-related fields, with at least six months of relevant experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Undergraduate research experience is also acceptable. Experience in wet labs is NOT pertinent.
This position requires a background check and is grant-funded. The work arrangement is hybrid, at the discretion of Temple University and the department.
