Ultimate Therapy is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to provide rehabilitation services within our skilled nursing facility in Ocean View, NJ. The role focuses on evaluating and treating patients to improve mobility, balance, gait training, strengthening and pain management. You will collaborate with PTA staff and interdisciplinary care teams and maintain accurate, timely documentation.

An active PT license is required; skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required. Direct Hire.
