Physical Therapist (PT) – Full-Time

LTC Therapy: GlenRidge/Courtyard, Medford, MA, $48–$52/hour

LTC Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team at GlenRidge/Courtyard in Medford, MA. This role offers the opportunity to provide individualized therapy services within a skilled nursing setting focused on improving resident mobility, strength, safety, and overall functional performance.

Position Responsibilities:

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and establish individualized treatment goals
• Provide therapy interventions focused on gait training, balance, strengthening, endurance, transfers, and mobility training
• Collaborate with PTA staff, nursing, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to support resident care plans
• Monitor resident progress and modify treatment approaches as clinically appropriate
• Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records in compliance with facility standards
