Job summary

Stern Therapy Consultants is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team in Greenfield, MA on a PRN basis. You will provide individualized therapy to residents to improve mobility, strength, balance, and function.

This flexible PRN role offers $55–$60 per hour and a collaborative team in a skilled nursing/post-acute setting. You’ll perform evaluations, develop plans, and coordinate care with other professionals.

Qualifications

• Active MA Physical Therapist license required.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform PT evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.

• Establish functional goals and monitor resident progress.
• Adjust treatment approaches based on clinical findings and resident needs.

• Coordinate care with therapy, nursing, and other healthcare professionals.
