Position Overview

A PM Server is responsible for serving food and beverages to guests, ensuring outstanding guest service and supporting the hotel's financial goals.

Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, promotions, and specials
  • Take and input guest orders accurately into the POS system
  • Deliver food and beverages efficiently and courteously
  • Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal
  • Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in compliance with regulations
  • Keep serving stations well-stocked and organized
Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years of experience in upscale restaurant service, preferably Italian cuisine, and prior experience as a host or busser. A strong understanding of beverage programs and wine menus is essential. Candidates should be positive, outgoing, and able to engage guests professionally and fun.
