Job summary

UPS is seeking a dedicated Ramp Supervisor in Cedar Rapids, IA. You will supervise, train, and develop ramp employees to ensure safety, accuracy, and timely performance, while maintaining high productivity and customer service standards.

Hours are Monday through Friday from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with starting pay of $26.25 per hour. This role demands strong communication, leadership, and a commitment to operational excellence within a Fortune Global 500 environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Meets local age and operations requirements to operate a vehicle
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Summary

This position supervises, trains, develops, and holds ramp employees responsible for safety, production and attendance. He/She sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. This position provides innovative and effective leadership and cultivates a functional working relationship with all levels of personnel throughout the organization. Hours will be M-F 6-11PM. Starting wage is $26.25/hour.
