Job summary

Life Enriching Communities is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to work with older adults at Twin Towers, Cincinnati, OH. You will assess function, design individualized treatment plans, and use manual and therapeutic modalities to improve strength and independence.

This role emphasizes collaborative, compassionate care in a supportive team setting. Applicants should hold an Ohio PT license, have a PT program degree, and be prepared for background and drug checks.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Ohio.
• Two years of experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Performing and documenting initial exams and ongoing evaluations.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Using manual techniques and therapeutic interventions to relieve pain and increase physical ability.
• Measuring motor function, strength, and endurance.
• Monitoring progress and adjusting care plans accordingly.
• Ensuring compliance with ethical, professional, and legal standards.
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to support residents' well-being.
