Job summary

Denton Village by PureHealth is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to provide high-quality therapy services in a post-acute setting in Denton, TX. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop care plans, and supervise PT Assistants under minimal supervision with strong clinical reasoning.

The role emphasizes documentation, discharge planning, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. Texas PT license and relevant experience are preferred, with negotiable pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited therapy program.
• Valid Texas PT license.
• Minimum one year of related experience preferred.
• HIPAA compliance and privacy adherence.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care with evaluation and plan of care.
• Supervise PT Assistants as indicated.
• Document assessments, plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Discharge planning including equipment and caregiver training.
• Coordinate with Recovery Care Coordinator and interdisciplinary team.
