Carolina Therapy Services is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for Chatham Nursing & Rehab-Elkin, NC—a therapist-owned rehabilitation provider committed to compassionate, patient-centered care.

We offer flexible scheduling (FT/PT/PRN), a $7,000 sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth. Graduate from accredited PT school; licensure in state required; two years preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Preferably two years of clinical experience.
• Licensed by the state in which the Physical Therapist resides or practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatment to patients.
• Collaborate with care team to develop and adjust treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
