Job summary

Carolina Therapy Services is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for Chatham Nursing & Rehab-Elkin, NC—a therapist-owned rehabilitation provider committed to compassionate, patient-centered care.

We offer flexible scheduling (FT/PT/PRN), a $7,000 sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth. Graduate from accredited PT school; licensure in state required; two years preferred.

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program.
Preferably two years of clinical experience.
Licensed by the state in which the Physical Therapist resides or practices.

Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy treatment to patients.
Collaborate with care team to develop and adjust treatment plans.
Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
