The Outpatient Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating patients, developing, implementing, and modifying treatment plans in accordance with patient needs, goals, and physician directives. The role includes delegating and directing discipline‑specific therapy services to design functional treatment programs ensuring effective community reintegration. The therapist also educates patients, families, students, and coworkers while performing professional duties associated with patient care.
