Immaculate Mary Center in Philadelphia is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our patient-centered team. You will screen patients, conduct evaluations, and develop treatment and discharge plans for residents, emphasizing high-quality care.

The role also includes supervising Physical Therapy Assistant(s), educating patients and families, and delivering evidence-based therapy while prioritizing patient service and collaboration with staff.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT with a valid PT license.
• Experience identifying patient needs in long-term residents.
• Team player and time-efficient.
