Immaculate Mary Center is seeking a Physical Therapist PT to provide high-quality physical therapy services to long-term residents. You will screen patients, perform evaluations, develop treatment and discharge plans, and document progress while supervising PT Assistants and educating patients and families.

A valid PT license is required. The role emphasizes efficient time management, patient-first care, and collaboration with an exceptional team to ensure residents' comfort and happiness.
