ARMStaffing is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide in-home therapy services in Grand Junction, CO under the supervision of licensed Physical Therapists. This 13-week assignment offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients in their own homes.

Responsibilities include delivering skilled PTAs in home settings, following treatment plans, monitoring progress, communicating with the supervising PT, and collaborating

Qualifications

• Current Colorado PTA license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a home setting.
• Flexible, full-time or part-time scheduling.
• Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement.
• Experience in home health is a plus.

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide in-home therapy services under the direction of our licensed Physical Therapists. This position offers flexibility, independence, and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients while helping them improve mobility, safety, and quality of life in their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled therapy services in patient homes.
• Carry out established treatment plans involving therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance activities, and functional mobility intervention.

• Encourage patient participation and reinforce goals.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
