Job summary

LaborEdge, LLC is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for outpatient rehabilitation in Cumming, GA. The position focuses on evaluating and treating patients across pelvic health or orthopedic rehab with individualized plans.

The assignment runs 13 weeks, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8am to 6pm. Requirements include a PT degree, GA licensure, BLS, and relevant pelvic health or orthopedic experience; new graduates are not considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist by the Georgia State Board.
• American Heart Association BLS certification required.
• Herman & Wallace Level 1 or APTA Pelvic Health certification or strong orthopedic experience.
• No new graduates will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' conditions and perform assessments.
• Develop tailored treatment plans based on evaluations.
• Provide therapy interventions to help patients achieve rehabilitation goals.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment as needed.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Prepare and educate patients and their families on health and rehabilitation strategies.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide outpatient rehabilitation services. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in pelvic therapy or strong orthopedic experience with post-operative, spinal, lower extremity, and sports rehabilitation. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing evaluation and treatment plans tailored to meet individual patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' conditions and perform assessments.

• Provide therapy interventions to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist by the Georgia State Board of Physical Therapy.
• Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Must be Herman & Wallace Level 1 Certified or APTA Pelvic Health Certified, or possess significant orthopedic therapy experience.
• No new graduates will be considered for this position.
