UPS in Syracuse, NY is seeking a supervisor to oversee daily activities of drivers and package handlers, ensuring safety and timely completion of duties. You will oversee the processing of outbound parcels at the hub facilities and conduct pre-operation checks, manage sorting and loading operations, and perform post-operation tasks.

The role may supervise administrative or clerical staff and requires adapting to a fast-paced environment.

Basic Qualifications:

Pay Range:

The base pay for this position ranges from $26.25/hr to $42.65/hr. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate's work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
