• Passion for outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation and individualized patient care.
• Positive, collaborative attitude and willingness to continue learning.
• Dry needling experience or certification is a plus but not required.

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on orthopedic rehabilitation including manual therapy and therapeutic exercise.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to reach functional goals.
• Educate patients on recovery, injury prevention, and long-term wellness.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians to provide evidence-based care.
