H.T. Prof Executive Search is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic practice in Mountlake Terrace, WA.

This full-time role offers a 4-day, 10-hour schedule with Wednesdays off, a salary of 88,000–110,000 per year, and a $2,000 sign-on bonus along with a quarterly productivity bonus. Qualifications

• DPT or Master’s in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active WA Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• Dry needling experience or certification is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on orthopedic rehabilitation including manual therapy and therapeutic exercises.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve functional goals.
• Educate patients on recovery, injury prevention and long-term wellness.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians to provide evidence-based care.
