Job summary

KLA Industries is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic clinic in Mountlake Terrace, WA. You will conduct evaluations, design individualized rehabilitation plans, and provide hands-on orthopedic care in a collaborative environment.

The role emphasizes one-on-one patient care, flexible scheduling with four 10-hour days, and opportunities for professional development, mentorship, and advancement within the clinic.

Qualifications

• DPT or PT Master's degree from an accredited program.
• Active Washington Physical Therapist license or eligibility.
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Dry needling experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on orthopedic rehabilitation including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional training.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve functional goals.
• Educate patients on recovery, injury prevention, and long-term wellness.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians to provide evidence-based care.
