Qualifications

• Proven work or clinical experience as a physical therapist.
• Current license to practice Physical Therapy; willing to work with limited license until full licensure.
• Graduate degree or higher in physical therapy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations.
• Develop plans of care and deliver evidence-based treatments.
• Maintain accurate documentation and billing records.
