Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in physical or occupational therapy required.
• Wyoming license/registration as a physical therapist required.
• Basic Life Support certification required (Healthcare Provider).
• American Physical Therapy Association registration preferred; wound care training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Examine and evaluate patients, establish diagnoses and plan of care.
• Document evaluations thoroughly and according to policy.
• Coordinate interventions and communicate with patients and staff.
• Mentor students and new staff; participate in department education and outreach.
