Relient Health is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) for an outpatient clinic in Johns Creek, GA. You will treat orthopedic and sports-related conditions, collaborate with a skilled team, and mentor new grads, with flexible scheduling and a four-day week option possible.

The clinic offers a base salary of $78,500–$90,000, comprehensive benefits, and hands-on mentorship within a close-knit clinical team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current GA License (or eligible to obtain).
• New graduates and experienced Physical Therapists welcome.
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and time-management skills.
• Genuine interest in outpatient physical therapy and collaborative patient care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, sports-related, and functional mobility needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Help patients improve strength, mobility, function, and independence
• Collaborate with an experienced outpatient therapy team
• Document patient progress using EMR systems
• Maintain compliance with professional, state, and federal standards
