Job summary

PITT OHIO Express LLC in Hamilton, NJ is seeking a Part-Time Dockworker-Outbound. You will load and unload freight, assist with dock operations, and ensure safety in handling materials at the Hamilton location.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Must pass a non-DOT physical examination.
• Consent to pre-employment drug screen.
• Ten-year work history check with explanations for gaps.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight according to DOT requirements using hands, hand truck, or dolly.
• Sort and secure items on trucks or on dock to prevent damage.
• Handle common material handling tools: carts, dollies, pallet jacks, tow motors.
• Stand, walk, push, pull, bend, reach and lift varied materials as required.
• Comply with federal, state, and company regulations and paperwork.
• Be available and willing to work Monday–Friday 5 PM start.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
