Job summary

United Health Services (UHS) is seeking a dedicated team member for the Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation unit on Upper Front Street. The role focuses on maintaining a clean environment, orderly supplies, and assisting professional staff with patient transport and movement as well as prescribed therapeutic activities.

The position is day shift with a 40-hour work week, offering a wage range of $17.05–$22.17 per hour depending on experience and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR certification within first 3 months of employment.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.
• Previous experience in patient care and clerical skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a clean and neat environment daily.
• Distributes supplies and assists staff with patient transports.
• Assists patients with ambulation and prescribed exercises as directed.
