Talin Home HealthCare LLC is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients in home settings, improving function and quality of life. You will collaborate with healthcare teams to create comprehensive care plans tailored to each patient’s needs, using your expertise in anatomy and medical terminology.

This position offers travel to client homes in the PWC, Manassas, and Woodbridge areas with an on-the-road work location and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Experience in a clinical setting (orthopedics or home care) is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
• Familiarity with discharge planning processes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and collaborate with healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients’ physical conditions and functional abilities.
• Develop individualized care plans.
• Implement treatment programs with exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans for optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on rehab, home exercises, and injury prevention.

Overview Talin Home Health is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients to improve their physical function and quality of life. You will work with clients in their homes collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to each patient's needs. Your expertise in medical terminology, anatomy, and patient care will be essential in providing effective treatment and support.

Responsibilities
