Job summary

APPS/Portamedic is seeking part-time staff to perform mobile paramedical exams, collect specimens, and may include ECG tracings. You set your own hours and coordinate with the branch on case status, within a 60-mile radius of your location.

Requirements include current phlebotomy licensure, 3+ years of phlebotomy experience, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. You will have access to a centrifuge, cell phone, printer, and Android/iPad tablet.

• At least three years of phlebotomy experience; valid driver's license and own reliable transportation with insurance.
• Interpersonal, courtesy, tact and professionalism when interfacing with clients and staff.
• Must have centrifuge, cell phone, printer, and Android/iPad tablet.

PART TIME/SUPPLEMENT INCOME.

THIS WILL NOT REPLACE YOUR JOB.

Blood draws and driving required.

Must be willing to cover 60 mile radius from your location.

Responsibilities May Include

• Performing mobile paramedical exams (health history, vitals, obtain and complete specimens (blood, urine, etc.), and may complete ECG tracings.
• The ability to schedule your own hours; you tell us when you are available to assist with cases.
• Must have strong and continued communication with the branch office regarding case status.

Qualified Candidates Must Have

• Current licensure, certificate of medical training (e.g., RN, LPN, Med Tech, Medical Assistant, Phlebotomy and Paramedics) as required by your state for completion of phlebotomy services.
• Must have at least THREE years of current phlebotomy experience, valid driver's license, and own reliable transportation with valid insurance.
• The position requires excellent communication, organization, and technical skills: the interpersonal skills to interface extensively with clients, management, and office staff, as as a high level of courtesy, tact, and professionalism.
• The candidate must also have a centrifuge, cell phone, printer, and Android/iPad tablet. Fixed compensation $40 per case completed. Trip fees covered after 40 miles round trip. You will get no less than 25 cents a mile after the 40 mile deduction.
