Job summary

APPS/Portamedic is seeking part‑time/ supplemental testers to perform mobile paramedical exams within a 60‑mile radius. You’ll collect health data, draw blood, and possibly ECGs while scheduling your own hours.

Requirements include current licensure, at least three years of phlebotomy experience, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. You’ll need a cell phone, printer, Android/iPad tablet, and centrifuge.

Job description

ART TIME/SUPPLEMENT INCOME.

THIS WILL NOT REPLACE YOUR JOB.

Blood draws and driving required.

Must be willing to cover 60 mile radius from your location.

Responsibilities May Include

• Performing mobile paramedical exams (health history, vitals, obtain and complete specimens (blood, urine, etc.), and may complete ECG tracings.
• The ability to schedule your own hours; you tell us when you are available to assist with cases.
• Must have strong and continued communication with the branch office regarding case status.

Qualified Candidates Must Have

• Current licensure, certificate of medical training (e.g., RN, LPN, Med Tech, Medical Assistant, Phlebotomy and Paramedics) as required by your state for completion of phlebotomy services.
• Must have at least THREE years of current phlebotomy experience, valid driver’s license, and own reliable transportation with valid insurance.
• The position requires excellent communication, organization, and technical skills: the interpersonal skills to interface extensively with clients, management, and office staff, as well as a high level of courtesy, tact, and professionalism.
• The candidate must also have a cell phone, printer, android/ipad tablet, and centrifuge. Fixed compensation $40 per case completed. Trip fees covered after 40 miles one way. You will get no less than 25 cents a mile after the 40 mile deduction.
