Job summary

The Buccaneers Team LLC is seeking a proactive Game Day Mobile Box Office Support team member to deliver world-class customer service for Raymond James Stadium guests. You will assist fans with mobile ticketing, entry directions, and issue resolution using Ticketmaster tools and Buccaneers apps.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, comfort with Apple/Android devices, and a passion for the NFL.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in mobile device tech support is a plus
• Box office or customer service background is preferred
• Ticketmaster experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist fans with mobile ticketing and entry directions
• Resolve digital ticketing issues via mobile Account Manager, Ticketmaster, TM1 Sales, and Buccaneers app
• Use TM Sales iPad to fix transfers, customer information, and mobile barcode checks
• Deliver exceptional customer service with patience managing digital tickets
• Coordinate with gate supervisors to ensure correct stadium entry
• Follow Raymond James Stadium policies and procedures

Position Description

As a division of the Ticket Operations department, the Game Day Mobile Box Office Support team is responsible for providing world-class customer service to the guests of Raymond James Stadium. Team members are committed to creating memories that last a lifetime by delivering the premier stadium experience in sports & entertainment.

Essential Functions

• Proactively greet and approach fans to help answer questions with mobile ticketing and provide directional guidance to efficiently enter the stadium at the correct entrance
• Provide game day assistance with digital ticketing issues through mobile Account Manager, Ticketmaster, TM1 Sales and Buccaneers mobile app
• Ability to use the TM Sales iPad application to resolve ticket transfer, customer information and mobile barcode validation issues
• Provide exceptional customer service and patience when assisting fans with managing digital tickets
• Work directly with gate supervisors to ensure fans successfully enter the stadium
• Understand and adhere to Raymond James Stadium policies and procedures

• Box office or customer service background preferred
