Suncoast Beverage Sales is seeking a part-time merchandiser for the Naples, FL area to market and stock distributed products at assigned accounts. You will report to the merchandising supervisor and Delivery and Service Manager.

The role requires driving a personal vehicle for business use, ability to lift up to 40 pounds, and willingness to work in various weather conditions while upholding company standards and policies.

Responsibilities

• Rotate and merchandise products timely to optimize shelf space.
• Merchandise shelves and displays to improve product presentation.
• Participate in store resets as needed.
• Maintain back room and stock in orderly condition.
• Submit daily activity reports to supervisor.
• Communicate market changes and occurrences to the team.
• Maintain product integrity and adhere to company standards.
• Build relationships with retail customers at the store level.
• Support team goals and related tasks as required.
• Oversee company equipment and comply with safety regulations.

OVERVIEW

Market and merchandise all distributed products within anassigned territory, servicing specific accounts on a regular basis.This position reports directly to the merchandising supervisor and the Delivery and Service Manager.

SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure proper rotation and execution of product in a timely merchandising, facing,etc. of all products in the market
• Merchandising of products creatively and effectively to improve shelf and displaypositions
• Participation in resets as needed
• Maintain back room and back stock in neat and orderly condition
• Submit completed and signed daily activity reports (pull sheets) to supervisor
• Communicate all changes and occurrences in the market
• Maintain package integrity and quality standards in the marketplace
• Responsible for the adherence to company standards, guidelines, policy andprocedures
• Improve and build customer relationships at the retail level
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Oversees and maintains company equipment
• Comply with all Federal, State and Local traffic regulations
• Any other tasks as requested by management

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Utilization of personal vehicle for business purposes required as a condition of employment - vehicle must adhere to company image and safety standards
• Physical ability to complete all job tasks - must be able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds with continuously
• Willingness to work until the entire job is completed, including working in adverse weather conditions
• Complete any and all training as required for the position including safety training
• Read and understand Suncoast Beverage Sales' Policy Manuals
• Maintain insurability requirements as determined by Suncoast Beverage Sales
• Adherence to all drug free workplace standards and requirements
