• Educate patients and families about therapy procedures and home exercises.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Stay updated on therapy techniques and technologies and apply them.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals, utilizing various therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Implement and administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve mobility, strength, flexibility, and function.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about therapy procedures, home exercises, and prevention techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain timely documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Stay updated on advancements in PT techniques and incorporate them as appropriate.
