Job summary

Epworth Villa in Oklahoma City is seeking compassionate CNAs to provide memory care in a supportive, faith-based environment. This part-time night-shift role offers meaningful interaction with residents and a strong team culture.

Starting pay is $16.00 per hour, with a $1.00 weekend differential. Requirements include Oklahoma CNA certification, CPR/First Aid, high school diploma or GED, and at least one year in assisted living or memory care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current Oklahoma CNA certification.
• CPR and First Aid certification through the American Heart Association.
• At least one year of experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care; memory care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, meals, and personal care while promoting dignity and independence.
• Build trusting relationships through patience, reassurance, consistency and meaningful interaction.
• Provide support to residents with memory loss, dementia-related behaviors, anxiety or confusion.
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain a calm, engaging environment.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in Memory Care training.
