Job summary

Iris Memory Care of Edmond in Edmond, OK is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our memory care team. You will provide hands-on care to residents, administer medications per physician orders, assist with ADLs, and support enrichment activities in a home-like community.

We value warmth, patience, and dignity for residents living with dementia. Schedule is Sunday–Thursday, 3pm–11pm; pay $16.00–$16.50 per hour, negotiable based on experience. Previous memory care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active listing on the Oklahoma Nurse Aide Registry (required).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of experience working with older adults preferred.
• Experience in memory care or with dementia residents strongly preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications accurately and per physician orders.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including personal care, dining, and mobility.
• Support residents with life enrichment activities and social-recreational programming.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a home-like environment.
• Monitor and document vital signs and monthly weights.
