Job summary

Covenant Woods in Mechanicsville, VA is seeking a dedicated Medication Aide to join our assisted living and healthcare teams. You will administer medications per the eMAR, assist residents with ADLs, and maintain clinical competencies under LPN supervision.

Requires graduation from a Virginia Medication Technician program and current CNA license, CPR/First Aid. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires graduation from an approved Medication Technician program in Virginia.
• Must have good assessment, communication, clinical and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure residents receive medications and treatments as indicated on the eMAR.
• Assist residents with ADLs as needed.
• Maintain clinical and professional competency.
