The Medical Records Clerk will be responsible for managing and maintaining patient health records in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards. This role ensures that all medical documentation is accurate, well-organized, and securely delivered as requested, while also providing timely access to authorized personnel. This is a part-time position, offering 24 hours per week, with the potential to transition to full-time as demand increases. The role is primarily virtual, with occasional in-office presence required. The schedule is flexible, with some hours available in the evening, while others will need to be worked during the day to allow for communication of changes, priority items, and workflow updates with MH staff.
