National Church Residences is seeking a Maintenance Technician/Custodian for Bristol Village in Waverly, OH. This part-time role covers Saturday through Tuesday evenings (2:30pm-9:00pm) and contributes to safer, cleaner living environments for seniors who rely on us for quality care and independence.

You will perform basic maintenance tasks and operate janitorial equipment while following established procedures. Prior experience is welcomed, and a high school diploma is required.

Maintenance Technician/Custodian – Part Time Saturday-Tuesday 2:30pm-9pm

Location: Bristol Village, Waverly OH

We are seeking a maintenance tech/custodian who will share in our vision to advance better living and care for seniors!

Job Requirements

• Education: Must have high school diploma or equivalent.


• Experience: One to two years experience.


• Knowledge of janitorial equipment and maintenance procedures.
