Job summary

Vista Prairie Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician at Eagle Pointe in Minnesota. This role focuses on keeping a safe, clean, and functional senior living facility for residents and staff.

You will respond to maintenance requests, ensure electrical systems are safe, and stay current with safety alarms and procedures. The position involves painting, repairs, and general upkeep, with an emphasis on identifying issues to prevent future problems and maintaining a comfortable, secure

Qualifications

• 1-3 years prior Custodial, and/or Maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid MN Driver's License required.

• Stay up to date on safety measures, including fire, carbon monoxide, and other alarm systems.

• Support the overall well-being of residents by maintaining a comfortable and secure environment.
